📝 Preparing Your Manuscript

Use the IEEE two-column format or Springer LNCS template
2.
Paper length: 6–12 pages including references and figures
3.
All figures and tables must be in high resolution (300 DPI minimum)
4.
Language: English only — have your paper proofread before submission
5.
File format: PDF only, max 20MB
🔍 Anonymisation for Double-Blind Review
1.
Remove all author names and affiliations from the manuscript
2.
Replace self-references: "In our previous work [X]" → "In [X]"
3.
Remove acknowledgements section or replace with "REMOVED FOR REVIEW"
4.
Check PDF metadata — remove all author information from file properties
5.
Check figures and code for identifying information
📤 Submission Process
1.
Register a free account if you do not have one
2.
Navigate to your target conference and click "Submit Paper"
3.
Enter title, abstract, keywords and authors — these are NOT anonymised
4.
Upload your anonymised PDF
5.
You will receive a confirmation email with your paper ID
📬 After Submission
1.
Track your submission status on the Author Dashboard
2.
You will receive an email when the review process begins
3.
Notification of acceptance/rejection by the notification date
4.
If accepted: upload camera-ready PDF by the camera-ready deadline
5.
At least one author must register for the conference
⚖️ Ethical Guidelines
1.
All submitted work must be original and not under review elsewhere
2.
Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and reporting
3.
All co-authors must have made a genuine contribution
4.
Data fabrication or falsification is grounds for retraction
5.
Authors must declare any conflicts of interest
